Terms and conditions
You may return most unused items purchased from Good to Go within 90 days of the original delivery.
Good to Go will pay for return shipping if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping. A twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee will be issued on all authorized returned merchandise. This is non-negotiable.
All shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. In the event an item has a free shipping designation the buyer is responsible for any and all return costs to
Good to Go. In the event an order is cancelled while in transit, the buyer is still responsible for any shipping charges accrued by
Good to Go.
In the event that an order with the free freight designation is returned, the buyer will be responsible for the original shipping costs accrued by Good to Go.

If you order a product from
Good to Go "by mistake" or of the "wrong part number", that product is subject to a twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee. You are also responsible for return shipping costs. This is non-negotiable.
